I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at hotle and the coffee at the lobby was amazing and Raslan was so welcoming

Spa experience is lovely, the temperature control in the men’s spa should be more consistent and equal between different sections, variations always there , some times cold, some times hot , same apply to the water temperature in the vitality pools , special thanks to the dedicated Mohammad Al shoubaki, very active always trying to keep things perfect (wow) , regarding the gym : great place very clean , nice view , rooms are so nice

Worst hotel experience of my life . Got treated like garbage, I have severe medical problems and typically need to drink a lightly sweetened beverage like soda or juice just to feel normal and OK and not in severe discomfort. Well, when I got there they refused to give me a soda from the minibar because I didn't have the money to pay, how mean spirited and cheap, never mind the exorbitant prices they charge for rooms here, What mean people, they refused me even a small drink, which I needed desperately, as I was exhausted, severely dehydrated and in complete distress. So, my bad experiences started there and got worse. I wished I never checked into this hotel, all they care about is separating you from your money. Try getting a massage in this place, they charge 375 Jordanian dollars for a couples massage, that's over $500 American, what a ripoff! Meanwhile, the supposedly clean bathrobe hanging in the bathroom was dirty and had a huge rip under the arm, there was a stain on the bed linens right where I sleep and the notepad on my desk was all scribbled on, that may seem small but just adds to the unhappy situation. All in all, a huge disappointment, an aggravation and a real fiasco. Not a 5 star hotel, a real dump. Caveat emptor - avoid this place at all costs.

Had a very nice experience in your hotel the decorations so so nice I took a lot of pictures, the staff so kind and helpful malaak , the coffee man I forgot his name also the service staff , I’ll come back for sure
