Lovely hotel - really nice room with a good decor; the front desk staff were great and helpful especially charming Annabel and Vinil who gave us some great recommendations both for sightseeing and dinner. Centrally located. Helpful with parking arrangements too. We enjoyed our stay there.

Fabulous stay, staff all very attentive & we were impressed from the time we arrived. Restaurant and room service great. Food exceptional, it really was. Dine in, no need to leave. Thank you for a very, very comfortable stay. We cannot wait to come back early next year.

Not a value money hotel. Though a good location

Room locations are very good overlooking lake Rotorua. The rooms are though odd shaped (trapezium) very small. Basin in the room with open half glass door bath Roon and wc. Breakfast is average. Services are poor ( ex. They didn’t have bathroom slippers for whole of my 3 day stay). Only saving grace is it’s awesome location in city centre Housekeeping is not available after 4 pm. So best of luck to you if you need anything after 4 pm.

This was our second time staying at the Pullman Rotorua. Unfortunately this stay wasn't as good as the last. We had 4 rooms and right from booking the rooms it was a process. The reservations team was never available when I called , so resorted to emailing. This was just as bad, 3 people cc'd into an email and it was still 48-72 hours to get a reply. The room rates were not loaded as quoted either, which resulted in back and forwards to get it right. I did try to call to get this amended quicker but each time I called I kept getting bounced around and then the line went dead. Even when we checked out, I was told my card would be charged and a receipt sent. I had to call to ask 2 times for the invoice to be sent. The room its self was lovely and clean. Such a shame booking in was so hard!

'Concept' open plan bathrooms a bad idea

Open plan bathrooms in twin share bedrooms is a terrible idea. Makes bedroom an awkward space. On top of that there was a constant high pitch ringing which we could not work out where/ what was causing it. Staff friendly and hotel clean. But do not recommend for anyone who prefers a bit of privacy for their ablutions!
