Dear Ms H. Thank you for your feedback following your stay with us. We are sorry to hear that the distance to the subway station and nearby supermarket did not fully meet your expectations. Unfortunately, this is part of the hotel’s location, and we are unable to make any changes in this regard. Regarding the size of the family room, we would like to kindly inform you that all room dimensions are clearly indicated on our booking platforms to help guests choose the accommodation that best suits their needs. However, depending on availability, we would be pleased to offer a larger room for greater comfort during a future stay.
