We are truly delighted to read your kind comments regarding the attentiveness of our reception team during check-in, as well as the cleanliness of your room and linens. Your recognition means a great deal to our teams, and we will be very pleased to share your appreciation with them. We are also grateful for your constructive observations regarding your experience at Bonnie restaurant and our rooftop bar. We have carefully noted your comments about staffing levels during peak periods, which we understand can impact service fluidity, and these points have been shared with our Food & Beverage management teams for review and improvement. In addition, regarding smoking, we would like to kindly clarify that all our public indoor areas are non-smoking, and dedicated outdoor spaces are available for guests who wish to smoke. We are sorry if this was not sufficiently clear or if this situation impacted your comfort during your visit, and we will reinforce communication and guidance from our teams to ensure this is consistently respected. We are also sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the taxi to Charles de Gaulle Airport not arriving at the scheduled time, resulting in a delay to your departure. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, and we will review this closely with our concierge and transport partners to ensure better reliability going forward. Concerning the use of Dining & Spa Rewards points, we will ensure that this process is further reinforced and fully mastered by all our teams, both day and night, in order to guarantee a smoother and more consistent experience for our guests. Regarding your comment about the towels, we are sincerely surprised by your feedback and grateful that you took the time to share it with us. We will of course investigate this point internally with our housekeeping team to better understand the situation and ensure it meets our usual standards of comfort and quality. For your information, at SO/ Paris, bed linens are changed every two days, and towels are only replaced when they are placed on the floor. Towels left on the towel rack are considered in use and are therefore not automatically replaced. However, additional towels or replacements are always available upon request at any time. This approach is part of our sustainability commitment, aiming to reduce water and energy consumption while still ensuring guest comfort and flexibility. We would also like to sincerely thank you for highlighting Cynthia, who will be warmly recognized and thanked for her contribution to your satisfaction. Your appreciation will be shared with her and with the teams. We are genuinely delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful view from your room, the interior design, and the attentive service provided by our team. It is always a pleasure to know that these elements helped make your stay more enjoyable. At the same time, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the loud music coming from the quays during your stay. I completely understand how upsetting this must have been, especially when you were expecting a peaceful moment in your room. As soon as you alerted us, our team went to check the situation with you and confirm the source of the noise, which unfortunately was external to the hotel. We also did our best to offer you alternatives on the spot, including an upgrade and a quieter room on the same floor, but I sincerely regret that none of these options felt suitable for you at the time. I also understand your decision to remain in your room and wait for things to settle. For your information, you stayed in an Iconic – Paris Skyline View room of approximately 29m². In Paris, this category is considered quite spacious, as rooms in similar hotels in the area are generally between 18 and 23m². The layout has been thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and functionality within an urban setting. I am truly sorry again that this disturbance impacted part of your experience, and I sincerely hope it did not take away from the enjoyable moments of your stay with us.
