Dear Mr. N, First of all, we thank you for choosing the Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon for your recent Parisian stay. We regret that our rates did not meet your expectations. These rates are determined based on market conditions and are in line with the prices typically charged by establishments in our category in the Gare de Lyon area. Regarding online check-in, we would like to confirm that this feature is unfortunately not currently operational. We therefore understand your disappointment at not being able to benefit from this service. As for your comments concerning the waiting time, the attitude you perceived from our staff and the lack of information provided, please be assured that we take this feedback very seriously.
