Dear Ed V, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide comfortable accommodations, and I regret that the room size did not suit your needs. However, please note that you are informed of our room sizes while doing your booking. Paper glasses and wooden spoons have been chosen as the most environmental friendly option for the moment. Using glass made of glass would also use a lot of water to wash. If you have any other idea, please let us know as we are looking for another option. Indeed, we do not provide milk in room. It is our intention to create a pleasant environment for all our guests, and I am sorry to hear that we fell short during your visit. Wishing you a lovely day. Dear Kelly L, Our hotel is located indeed less than 1min by foot from Train Station, Metro 1, 14 Station and RER A,D station. You can go easily to all Paris main attractions thnaks to these transports. What a pleasure to read you appreciated the friendliness of our team. This will be shared to them.
