Great location and great staff. We were booked in for a 5 night stay in a double room and were upgraded free of charge to a Family suite with a HUGE bed. Really great place to stay. The staff are terrific! The bar staff, the restaurant staff, reception and the cleaning staff. Only grumble is at breakfast (pretty good) yoghurt only available on 2 mornings.......would have liked yoghurt and more fresh fruit really. However, great hotel, great stay and can thoroughly recommend.

Rooms toooooo small, claustrophobic. As a American the rooms and bathrooms are very small and hotel should be avoided. Breakf

We stayed here for two nights in November 2024. The hotel is located near the shopping area. The reception is on second floor intertwined within the lounge. The two Lifts are small. The reception staff was good and pleasant. The room was basic with no cupboards but shelves but is was sufficient for our needs. The room was clean and housekeeping was good. The hotel has no restaurant but bar and lounge for snacks. Breakfast spread was frugal but value for money. Porto town is good for shopping and most of the shopping area is accessible within 30 minutes, although it is little up and downhill. The checkin and checkout was smooth. Overall value for money.
