편안한 잠자리 훌륭한 조식 다음에도 투숙합니다.

1. 입실 시 안전 금고가 고장나 있어 reception에 요청하였더니 즉시 수리해 주었습니다. 2. 조식은 매우 만족스러웠고 특히 맛있는 크로와상과 나타 서비스가 좋았습니다. 3. 상 벤투역과 가깝지만 경사길을 한참 올라가야 호텔에 갈수 있어 첫날 체크인하러 가기 힘듭니다. 그러나 볼량 지하철역에서 내려서 조금만 걸어가면 경사길이 아니므로 전혀 어려움이 없습니다. 이점을 대중교통을 이용하는 손님들에게 안내해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 4. 객실 창문이 좋긴한데 여닫이 문 형식이라 닫으면 어둡고, 열어두면 밖에서 안이 보일까봐 불안합니다. 환하게 여닫이 문을 열어둘 수 있도록 커튼이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 혹시 윈도 틴팅이 되어 있어 밖에서 안이 보이지 않는 구조라면 이점을 안내해 주시면 좋겠습니다.

Awesome hotel, with view of Porto. Just uphill from Sao Bento Train Station, it was easy to get to. Great place to tour Porto on foot from, everything is walkable. The Mercure Hotel had great breakfast, greatly decorated. The restaurant had a Bicycle theme, awesome dinner, and great layout for breakfast..

소문대로 훌륭한 조식. 특히 빵이 정말 최고였습니다. 늘 만족스러운 아침식사였죠. 모니카?란 이름의 직원의 고객응대가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 기분 좋은 체크인으로 첫 인상이 매우 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션 등 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 주변에 추천하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Great hotel! Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very good. The location is convenient to many of the city's attractions. Would recommend this hotel.

Will begin with the positives. Good location and nicely renovated lobby and restaurant bar area. Issues began on day one, when we checked into our room, and the wooden shutters of our room wouldn't shut, meaning light would get through. Moved to another room, which turned out to much smaller, but at least the shutters worked. Went sightseeing the next day, and returned to find that housekeeping had placed mine and my partner's toiletry bags in the bidet, including one of our toothbrushes which was touching the porcelain. Revolting. Went back to reception, who offered to change our room again. Seemed like an odd response, given one could only assume that housekeeping services service all rooms in the hotel. Were provided with dental kits and told to speak to the hotel manager the following day. Instead, decided to send an email to the hotel management immediately. Then at 11:15pm once we were in bed, received a knock on the door with free pastries. Bit late? All in all, I wouldn't bare to stay here again. It was extremely disappointing. Plenty of other options nearby, like the NH hotel across the street.

Comfortable hotel where you can walk to most things. Nice bar area but food options are limited for eating in the hotel. Rooms are a decent size, some maybe all with a bath in the bathroom. Staff were helpful.

Good hotel + good location, right in the center of the city, near the famous train station and cathedral church. Also you can find many restaurant and food around the area. The Majestic cafe also near by.

We booked 2 standard rooms & requested top floor corner rooms with views, 1 of which was granted & the other wasn’t available & neither was a room next door as hotel was full, however, a corner room directly below the other was so the request was partially filled & both rooms had a view. Check-in experience was one of the best experienced as the member of staff took time to draw on the map local sites, how to get there i.e. bus number & where to get the bus & how long it may take. It became apparent the rooms were not the same & they were too basic for my liking, although they were clean. The one on the upper floor did not have a room safe in the wardrobe or a desk which is advertised. There was also only 1 bin which was in the bathroom. There was also only one tea bag of English breakfast tea per day and one milk capsule! There were two coffee sachets and other flavoured teas but I would have liked at least 2 English tea bags per day & two milks. One of the reading lamps beside the bed did not work. Toilet was fitted as an afterthought as they often are in hotels i.e. it squeezed into a very tight space meaning getting on & off the toilet was a contortion. A rain shower was advertised which I think comes down from the ceiling, however, this was a shower attachment on the wall controlled by bathroom taps! Perhaps it is known as a rain shower but was the same as a standard shower although I had no issues with that as water was hot and plentiful. There was no storage in the bathroom for a wash kit or your own toiletries as the sink stored the Accor toiletries in a container & the face cloth & there was a small shelf with a box of tissues on. There was no face cloth in the other room but there was a large sink with storage space. This room also had a desk and room safe as well as decorative birds & sliding window shutters & a voile. The first room had no decorative birds & had black out curtains although these did not shut in the middle! Surprisingly, the windows opened fully which is unusual in a hotel especially so high up. We were fortunate to be offered welcome drinks due to our status & enjoyed a nice local dark beer, however, sitting on the bar stools at a bar table, it was obviously used for breakfast as both the table & stools were covered in pastry crumbs. The hotel had a reasonable location at the top of a hill, but this is Porto & hills are everywhere! There are several restaurants a short walk away. The hotel also arranged a taxi for us.

호텔의 위치가 상벤투 역에서 가까워서 여행 하기에 최적의 위치를 가지고 있습니다. 중간 중간 들어와서 휴식을 취하기에도 좋고 일몰을 보기 위해 다리를 걸어서 넘어가기에도 괜찮습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절하였으며 특히 조식에 나오는 크로와상은 최고의 맛을 보여주었습니다. 호텔은 조용하고 아늑하였으며 휴식을 취하기에 좋았습니다.

We loved the efficient check in process ; we also loved the excellent supportive beds in our room. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay at more Mecure Brand hotels in the future.

나쁘지 않은 룸컨디션과 저렴한 가격

This was a comfortable hotel in the centre of Porto. Our room was fine and the WiFi connection was good. There was a good range of items at the buffet breakfast and these were topped up as necessary. We received a warm welcome on arrival and check-in was reasonably quick but staff generally seemed indifferent. For example, on most occasions when walking through reception, staff were in discussion and there was no feeling of warmth from them. A cheery 'good morning' or 'hello' would have made us feel much more valued.

호텔이 포르투 상벤투역 바로 옆에 위치하여 주요 관광지 및 맛집 접근이 용이함. 추가로 팁을 알려드리면 지하철을 타고 오시는 분들은 구글맵에서 좀 더 돌아오더라도 큰길로 이동해야 고생을 하지 않음.(좀 더 빠른 길은 경사가 심하고 계단길이라 케리어 이동이 쉽지 않음). 직원분들 친절하시고 위치 및 시설 괜찮아서 숙박 추천함.

The staff could not do enough for us. So helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast, all very fresh. And the gift of freshly baked tarts they served to each guest were fantastic. One of the best I have had. Just that little extra service makes such a difference. Highly recommend this hotel.
