Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In!

Dear Democracy_DR, We are very sorry to know our concept of hotel didn't met your expectations. We are standardized hotels worldwide with more than 2100 properties in 90 countries, all with strategic locations and the best cost-benefit offer from the cities we are located in. We are economy hotels, Ibis don't provide fridge or microwave, please if you saw this information somewhere it's important for us that you let us know so we can fix it. The size of the rooms, bathrooms, public areas are the same in all Ibis hotels, we are the economic brands of Accor. Once again we are very sorry that you didn't like our concept. Usually during the holiday seasons in Mazatlan our two double bed rooms are the fist to be booked, I'm really sorry that we didn't met your expectations.
