I sincerely regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly as a loyal guest over the years. It is disappointing to hear about the issues you encountered with water supply during your first night. We strive to provide timely assistance and I apologize for the inconvenience you faced, including the lack of follow-up communication from our team. It is our standard to provide a warm welcome and attentive service to all our guests, and it is disheartening to hear that this was not your experience.
