Breakfast and IRD experience

Breakfast service experience was smooth. Karan and team were super attentive to our needs and the others too. A one star low for the IRD for the quality of food delivered the first time and had to be replaced. Also the room Aircon doesn't go above 21 lol. Damn cold.

Overall, a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, though it could be improved slightly. Staff were polite and responsive. Good value for money.

We visited Novotel Square for dinner buffet for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Radha ma’am, the F&B host, and Satish were extremely cooperative and made our experience even better. From the warm welcome to ensuring we were comfortable throughout, their hospitality truly stood out. Thank you for making our visit so memorable.

Had a great dinner experience and the staff were also very helpful especially Mr. Satish. A bit more variety was expected in veg starters otherwise the food taste was good.

Karan was very careful and always ask me if there’s s anything he can help me with. The environment was good clean and tidy . Food was great.
