This was new year first visit at 5 star property and it made more special as it was this property. The receptionist were so good at their field and the welcoming and the farewell was warm. This pleasant stay was so warm. Thanks to miss priyanshi and miss ishika for the checkout.

Expirence was really good throughout our stay, staff was really kind and approachable. The staff at the front reception (Priyanshi) including the main entrance were really helpful and friendly.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Hotel Grand Mercure was wonderful, but it was Chef Prachi who made it truly special. She personally came to our table to ask about our experience and the food. Her presence was warm and engaging, and she listened with genuine care. The food itself was excellent, but it was her thoughtful gesture and beautiful hospitality that's truly impressive. Jain food very tasty, Also good option for jain meal. Food are fresh with tasty and antioxidants essential for health. Good service in Restaurant Mr Vaibhav and Amina.

I recently visited Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City My booking reservation no is PQRSGDGS I had a pleasant stay and would like to show my appreciation for the Following staff members who made my vacation and experience better. At the reception counter I was greeted by Mr Amit who was polite and kind Enough to provide me with room upgrade as I am a Gold member of Accorplus. I had to travel within city for which Ms. Priyanshi helped me by guiding me on Uber. While I was waiting for Check in Mr Gautam singh arranged for tea as my wife had a headache. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight of our stay It had a huge spread of both local and continental dishes and we were so impressed by the variety of fresh, flavorful options During breakfast everyone was helpful and jolly. You can tell that they use high-quality ingredients Chef Mr Rajan and Mr Dinesh were attentive. Mr Sudhir, Ms Sharmistha, Mr Vaibhav and Ms Amina all took great care of us. They provided us with fresh and hot food continuously My wife was so happy now she wants to consider our family events should be hosted there. Also she wants to visit after every two months for relaxation. The hotel was perfect getaway for relaxation and rejuvenating.
