Exceptional customer service by the entire team! From the waiters during breakfast, special invitation to the Christmas tree lighting event which was a highlight with the kids to and personal welcome with the hotel's general manager! A big shout out to Kajol and Kapil!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Novotel Ahmedabad. The food was absolutely delicious, well-presented, and full of flavor. A special mention to Chef Mintu, who went out of his way to prepare custom cuisines for us exactly as per our preferences — truly appreciated and made our experience memorable. Heartfelt thanks to Satish, who was serving us. His service was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. He made sure we were comfortable throughout and added a personal touch to the entire experience. Overall, great hospitality, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Superb hospitality & superb staff With special mention of miss Malika Because of her positive response & attitude we kept a party of 50 people & she did her job so well. We are glad that we kept party there & food & menue selection was great too

Rooms very clear, hospitality at the top. Restaurant is very good and are very nice and Infine is top. Thanks to Muskan, Anisha and Nime and I ll be very happy to visit again this place
