Rooms are small services are bad rooms too smell I would recommend to other people not to stay here as well as you should genuinely refund your customers money back

Should not charge for every small thing. F n B not cooperative at all. Having a 1 year kid and they not allowing to take milk in room n breakfast extension etc. not hv much varieties of good

However, I have looped my F&B Manager into the concern and while discussion it was found that milk was offered complimentary once after we knew that the same is for your little one. Also on the point of extending buffet breakfast beyond our regular closing is a concern related to our food and safety measured taken by the hotel. The team is flexible in terms of serving you couple of choices from the buffet onto your table later. We have booked for staycation on the eve of new year for a pool side dinner but the same was cancelled without information and wrost is when enquired it was totally denied by staff. Nevertheless we accepted it a an isolation, TV was not functioning, it took a good one hour time to fix the same by your technician. Food was ordered and surprisingly the order was served along with the bill and swipe machine, when asked to add the bill in checkout, he was clueless and insisted payment, which was done off course. Although the pool side dinner was denied without intimation, we had saw the traces of pool side dinner/breakfast from the widow as someone had the feast. (Pic available) what you will say it. Cheating ? If not, God bless you. Breakfast was less than ordinary and when the room charges included BF what was special for starvation package? The breakfast was served at a very slow pace and it took 45 mins to serve 2 piece of upma with readymade excuses as usual. Could not find it worth. Sorry if you find it rude. Regards

Restaurant and rooms were class apart with their best in class service. Only issue was location. No cabs from Gandhinagar to GIFT in the evening, felt horrible! Thankyou

Over all, it was a Good stay but could be better. Please do not allocate Room 7014 to the Guest until Bath room door {Cubic] is not fixed. It does Not get closed.

We switched 2 rooms and finally got well cleaned. Earlier rooms had stains on couch and the toilets were not clean. The third room was good compared to other thanks to bhupender singh and Ram the floor guy for showing good hospitality during our stay.

Enthusiastic, supportive staff. Food & Beverage service can be improved, like taste assessment may be done and improvements be implemented with feedback to customer. For people who have opted for all meals included, should be offered packed meals incase unable to dine at the restaurant. Since location is remote & no convenient public transport is available outside/near the hotel, some reasonable conveyance be provided.

First hotel location not good as lot of construction activities going on adjoining the hotel . The Rooms are very Very small .. the water pressure is too low in the bathroom so one cannot have good Bathing . The hotel is just trying to encase on the opportunity by over charging the room tariff and certainly it's not worth the Tariff of Rs 5K .... per night .

Very neet & cleaned maintained entire area,almost all employees taking care of guest,cooperative for in all requirements,morning break fast was very good,specially care for accurplus member,I faced one problem in that hotel ,no travel facility , even they provided taxi,they ware charged high price

Far from the noise of big cities, the hotel offers a great choice to refresh. Big and well-equipped rooms, fine selection of Indian & International cuisine. It was perfect to take rest after a tiring day.
