It was a pleasant experience staying at Ibis. Smooth and quick check in process, great service from the staff, the staff very nice and helpful and easy access to central city, shopping centres etc. For sure, Ibis will be the first option to stay when I visit Medan.

excellent service from checking in to checking out, my luggage was treated and stored well, until checking in until I got a room. Room is clean and located in our request, non smoking and high floor. thank you to Ms. Valencia & Ms. Mitha for you warm welcome during the check in time. However, meet the manager Ms. Rosity, thank you for the courtesy welcome. Feels home. however, they say Medan is "special hard attitude" but in Ibis Styles Pattimura, Medan is level up.

My business trip for a week in this hotel was amazing. Staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. Room is in amazing conditions with breezing air con and they even use refillable glass bottle in room to prevent using too much plastics, water dispenser is available near my room Welcome cake as a member also delicious even come with fruits😁 Recommended!
