Nice hotel make me feel like home

This hotel design with very stylish. From the lobby to the restaurant. All very good looking. And for the room. I feel like my own home. I stayed for 3 nights. Far more from what I expected, at first I think this room will be normal room with this price. But I wrong, the room really nice. The bed quality is good too.. Will be back again

It's not a big hotel but well managed. Far from the Noice but it's central. Foods options are nice and well the Service during Check in and Vallet are extremely nice. They did try hard to comply the guests (even not so many staffs). I will say for the Service it's way above expected (compare with a price). I do feel sorry that I saw many Guests upset for nothing and always compared this tiny 3 Star Hotels with 5 Star, lack of Guest's knowledge are the issues here, they pay 30 and demanding Luxury Facility and worst is I saw many Food Delivery came and drop food on FO (it's okay but on my opinion, you better try from Head to Toe before you judging lol).

3rd time a bad time

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel after previously planning to stay 4 nights. The first night i check in at late night since i had to work until late night that time. Before 6pm i call the hotel to state my arrival will be past 6pm. When I arrived at the hotel that night was raining. They said I had to parked my car in an empty area about 50 meters away from the hotel because the hotel parking lot was full. I asked what about my luggage they asked me to take it from where I parked otherwise no one can keep my luggage in the lobby because all the attendants are busy. Ended up i carrying all the luggage from the parking lot which is at least 50 meters from the hotel in the rain. When I arrived at the hotel, check in took quite a while, then after I got to the room it turned out that they didn't upgrade my room. i Back to the lobby to ask them, they said the room was full that night so it couldn't be upgraded, I said if it was available later can they upgrade my room , they just agreed that nite. The second day I had breakfast at 7 am but a lot of food was no longer available and I asked for it to be refilled but it took them long enough to finally do what i ask. In the afternoon in 2nd day I again confirmed the availability for room upgrades and said it was not supported because I did not book the room I explained my membership status as a platinum member of accor plus and they said the upgrade could only be done if I requested an upgrade before checking in. Feeling uncomfortable I decided to move the next day to grand mercure hotel

The hotel was superb. The front office staff were helpful. They are always smiling and ready to engage with guests. The breakfast was good. It was value for money stay. The room was modern and cozy. Overall I was fully satisfied of the services provided by the hotel. Definitely, if I happen to visit Medan I will stay in the same hotel. Thank you everyone

Heel goed verzorgd en comfortabel hotel. De kamers zijn vrij ruim en alles ziet er heel strak uit. De bedden zijn enorm groot, daar verdwaal je bijna in. De badkamer is ook fijn met een grote regendouche. Het zwembadje op de eerste verdieping is ook een heerlijke extra om af te koelen. Het water is wel vrij koud. Het ontbijtbuffet is vrij uitgebreid. Er is vrij veel aziatisch eten maar er is ook genoeg westers eten te krijgen. Toast, verse omelet, croissantjes en andere cakejes.
