Dear Edy D., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa. We sincerely apologize if our service and communication made you feel uncomfortable. Regarding the interaction with Mr. Holland and his colleague, we would like to clarify that there was no intention to be rude or arrogant. Our team was simply providing information regarding the requirement to wear appropriate swimwear while using the swimming pool. This information is also displayed at the entrance of the pool area for the convenience and awareness of all our guests. We understand, however, that the way information is communicated is equally important, and we regret if the explanation did not come across as intended. We will continue to remind our team to communicate hotel policies in a courteous, friendly, and respectful manner. Regarding the Fitness Centre, we apologize for the condition you experienced. We would also like to inform you that our Fitness Centre is currently undergoing renovation and improvement works as part of our commitment to enhancing our facilities and providing a better experience for our guests.
