All is good except the laundry service keep on forgetting that I wanted my laundry folded and not hang :-( ....the worse was that happened twice....No big deal, but just want to share my thought. Though I did not complain directly at that time, too busy over small things.

Clean friendly and value for money with good breakfast and number of choices. Refill of food as a routine as a routine without being asked will be great. Rooms are clean with prompt response to assistance. Front office service could be improved. Overall would recommend.

Pretty good stay with discounted price on booking, few issues though..

Overall stay was okay, with discounted price when booking the hotel and included breakfast buffet. The downside is lobby area is quite smelly and when we arrived in the hotel for the first time to check in, there were 2 cars blocking us and we had to wait for about 10-15mins before our ride can get in front of the lobby to unload our luggage, the security could have mange it better to control the traffic in this case. The receptionist who served us didn't explain things correctly regarding the deposit and fees, I booked the hotel directly from the accorhotels website and provided my credit card details when booking and also get email for confirmation of my reservation that says I have prepaid my hotel rooms and balance to pay at the hotel is zero. The receptionist will charge Rp.2 Million if I pay by credit card and Rp.3 Million if I paid by cash and I asked him if this is the deposit that will be refunded to me when checking out? He said yes, so I paid Rp.3M by cash. When checking out, different receptionist only refunded me Rp.600K and I asked why? he said to pay for the room so I argued and show him the print out of my booking that says I have prepaid this, the lady which I assume the supervisor at the time intervene by saying that they haven't charged my card yet and ask me to check my statement. I tried to go through my bank statements while try to remember which card that I use and gave up as all of my families are waiting for me and told the receptionist that I will call/come back if i see any problem. As the booking was made around May and I had close 2 of my credit cards since then, I wasn't really sure whether I was actually double charged for this stay or not.

I stayed again for business purpose, and hotel service was still above standard so far. Nothing could go wrong. Everything was in order, from room amenities until internet speed connection. Acceptable conditions , for sure will stay here again.

Excellent staff. Helpful during check-in and answering questions as to the places nearby. Helped to book Grab. Negative points are low water pressure and no hairdryer in the room. Buffet breakfast spread can be improved. Overall satisfied with the price I paid.

Noisy during the day and till midnight at rooms nearby.Price has become higher. Breakfast food was not refilled when plates are aready empty.Maybe very busy, service was not as excellent as the week before during first stay.
