We felt very well looked after from the second we arrived at the Grand Mercure. The staff were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We had some drinks while waiting for our room and when our waitress Elisa heard it was our honeymoon she came back with a lovely gift for us. Excellent range of food and drinks on offer and a comfortable stay.

Best restaurant, with food street I've never met before. I love the way they asked us for the alergist. Which is such rarely question in Indonesia.

Good experience for this trip to choice this hotel. Have many choice of food for breakfast, lunch n dinner. If you guys search a great hotel in Medan .. You guys should try this hotel..
