The hotel comfy, clean and satisfying. The food tasted good, the receptionist fast response and customer oriented. Keep up the good work for Ibis hotel. Would comeback later when I have a trip to Medan. Just for recommendation, please enlarge your parking area. There is nothing more than that. Lastly, thanks for the hospitality 👍

I got 3 cocroach during my stay.. i dont understand what their pestcontrol person maintain it. I would not ever comback! ....................................................................................................

We were welcomed by very friendly, polite and professional staff who are very helpful if needed. Room was decent size, modern, perfectly clean and comfy with great bed and nice pillows incl. bolster pillows. I don't need anything else from the hotel room for 1 week. Housekeeping staff was very polite also. Breakfasts were really good and above expectation. Furthermore the hotel is conveniently located in Medan downtown but neighbourhood is not noisy so we could have good sleep. I really don't think there is hotel with better value for the money in Medan and I can highly recommend it.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Ibis. Smooth and quick check in process, great service from the staff, the staff very nice and helpful and easy access to central city, shopping centres etc. For sure, Ibis will be the first option to stay when I visit Medan.
