We reserved four rooms and all of them are very neat, love the ambience! The facilities are also very good and family friendly for they have arcade games, pools, and even electric scooters! This hotel is also really near from the Aeon mall, we can go there by foot. Would very recommend to have a staycation here!

Mercure Tangerang BSD provides a good place to have stay. In terms of breakfast, kids activity and business area which is very complete to get my expectation to stay in here. Perfect place for having a holiday with family. Clean and spacious room, the breakfast also great. Felt welcomed by one of the receptionist named Nining. Must visit and will come back to this hotel for another visit. Overall, it's a great experiences!

Raj has provided an excellent service to my family. She arranged all of my family's occassion for my parents anniversary. All decoration in room was fantastic and so much colorfull. The breakfast was fine and the place was amazing. Front office team was really helpful at all. The operator very fast response for taking care my request. All of breakfast team was perfect. Will come back soon and try my new ALL Membership
