In terms of hospitality this property actually hit the mark, the handwritten welcome message, artistically done on the mirror, and the sweet treats was a nice touch and highly appreciated. This is a hospitality business version of someone punching above their weight class; superb & classy. There were some aspects that were spotty or inconsistent with my previous experiences at Accor's properties, for example they missed out on in-room amenities for 3 persons as indicated on my reservation, and the front desk staffs were professional but a bit slow compared with other Accor properties. However I will let these slide and rate my experience at Ibis Style Simatupang as a 5-star, excellent!

Staff were very friendly. They often greet everyone with a smile. Food was good and they change its option everyday. Nafa is really kind as well. Room was nice and clean.

Overall satisfied. The hotel us near to Citos. It's very convenient to go out. Breakfast has also plenty of variety. It is one of the choice if you stay area Jakarta Selatan. Definitely will be back.
