Excelente idea de esta cadena hotelera !!! En vez de dejar botellas de PET con agua, en el check in te dan una botella de vidrio reusable de 1 litro con agua purificada. Con eso se reduce el uso de botellas de PET !!! GRACIAS GRACIAS

En general pensé que iba a ser una experiencia normal de city hotel. Pero hubo unas cuantas cosas que lo hicieron más malo de lo que pensé. En primer lugar la comida del hotel es terrible, y no lo digo a la ligera, el buffet de la mañana cuesta 200 pesos y no lo vale. La lonchera de al lado, mucho mejor en sabor y frescura y más barata. A media visita nos cambiaron de habitación, lo cual entendí ya que iban a fumigar el piso donde estaba, sin embargo tuvimos que empacar express y bajar con todas nuestras cosas. Ni por el inconveniente nos ayudaron a bajarlas. Pero eso también lo pude pasar, no esperaba la mejor atención en un Ibis. Sin embargo hoy cayó la gota que derramó el vaso. A la 1:30 de la mañana un desconocido abrió la puerta, mi hija (a la que vine a acompañar a hacer un curso propedéutico)y yo saltamos de la cama, le pregunté que pasaba y me dice que le dieron mi habitación, enseguida llamé a recepción a decirles lo que pasaba, me dice la chica (no era esa, le di otra pero debió haberse equivocado" a lo que yo respondí"Y como es que pudo abrir mi habitación?" Dió una excusa rápida, se disculpo y mando alguien a llevarse al hombre a su habitación. Esto si es inadmisible, que alguien pueda de manera aleatoria abrir la habitación donde tienes tus pertenencias o peor dónde a veces se tiene que quedar mi hija porque salgo por comida o por la posada del trabajo lo hace una experiencia aún más mala. Si están pensando quedarse en este hotel mejor revisen reviews de otros cercanos, este no lo recomiendo.

El hotel es excelente. La atención es buena. El desayuno es tipo buffet y tienes bastante por elegir, sin embargo, la ubicación no es óptima para turistas, pues queda un poco lejos del Zocalo (40 min) y debes tomar un bus y aparte metro para llegar al centro, así que diariamente deben gastar dos transportes, tiempo y dinero en ello.

The stay was not that bad but as well nothing so recommendable ! The basic amenities like a tissue or a wastebasket or a simple bottle of water are missing in the rooms! The very basic thing that other ibis hotels should have it. As I’ve stayed in ibis hotels before.

I recently stayed at Ibis Tlanepantla and it was amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. We got a room with double beds and breakfast included. The room was very clean and had a good view. They had a varity of foods for breakfast and they would also cook eggs at the moment for you. The security in this hotel was also another thing I really liked. After a certain hour, they lock their doors and security comes and opens the door for you if you need to come in and out. I would sometimes get back at 2 or 3 in the morning and they would open the door for me and lock right after me. Overall, I had an amazing stay and I would definetly stay here again! Thank you for everything Ibis Tlanepantla.
