I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The staffs are so helpfull and friendly, service are excellent and response are so fast, rooms are clean and neat😍😍 Oh, I guess I have tell more of my experience. My friend lost her ring and it has been found and kept by the staff, I can even have my headset back after 2 weeks!

Excellent experience at the Mercure Jakarta Batavia. Our room was big, well decorated and very clean and calm. Especially the bed was incredible. Breakfast is good with a lot of choices (Asian and Western). Thanks to the hotel's staff who was very helpful each time we needed them. Definitely the best hotel we stayed in during our trip.

Room are great room service so friendly hotel are clean food the most delicious i like soup iga bakar meat so soft interior are beautifull waiters and waitress ate friendly and i love the pool are so clean this are recomended hotel

Honestly it will be a great experience.. Once we enter the room.. It feels cozy and pleasant. But it's only for a while.. The cupboard feel on me.. After trying to call receptionist (twice) finally they said to move us to another room. When we got to another room from 7th floor to 6th floor.. The room is so hot and the room smells of cigarettes... Even though the manager said that it's not smoking room and he check it, but.. The HK staff said it was smoking room.. And we find cockroaches on the floor.. Lying dead.. LoL. After we call receptionist again.. Finally we got decent room at 9th floor. Oia.. The food is quite amazing, breakfast is great.
