arrived 21 JULY, upon checking in i was told by reception i was being upgrade NOVOTEL MANGGA DUA SQUARE and i was glad to hear that. then i moved next door, very fast check in process, room was great and they gave me complementary as an ALL platinum member. Requested late checkout. Everything went over expectation. Thank you

The staff did awonderfull job. I lost my hp in a cab and everyone help me to locate the taxi so i can retrieve my hp back. Also special thanks to recepcionist jeje and nathan. I was treated excellent and professional during my stay.

I am impressed with the hospitality and proffesional staffs in Ibis Style Mangga Dua. Starting with the smile and helpfull porter (Irfan), it was continued with the smile and attentive staff (Kristin) in the check in team and also Nugroho who was very quick in responding our complain about the shower room. You all made my trip is not only enjoyable and pleasant. If you like to stay in safe area, clean and smile staffs with the budget price, you must consider this hotel

When staying at Ibis style manga Dua, you will never regret! The level of service is exceptional. From the front desk staff to the general manager of the hotel, all the staff really made my stay a splendid and homecoming one. Not only they ensure the safety of me and my friends, they made follow up communication to check if we are alright. These group of staff is really an valuable asset to the Accor hotel company. Will definitely recommend any traveler of families to stay with this hotel.

Very good hotel, with friendly staffs. Location is good, with shopping mall, food court, hyper & mini market near by. Best is airport can be comfortably reached due to toll road. with toll road near by commuting is bit easy, which otherwise is very difficult in Jakarta due to traffic. Jakarta expo centre also is close by. so is nice sea food area like Anchol. Only wifi signal I found this time was bit erratic. Rest its good choice for business & leisure traveler.

Very Good Bussiness Trip Hotel. Breakfast items are to be intercontinental. Internet speed to be improved a lot at hotel rooms. Service is good. Hotel Staff was polite & helpfull. Overall stay was good enough to recommend.

Hotel still Guest Smoking and I could feel smell along the corridor.Need to have a little bit fast for check in although,after check in time.no complain other than that,breakfast is reasonable and nice.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square for a week in November. Upon check in, we were told that since we did not specify any preference for smoking or non smoking room, we would be given a smoking room as it was the only one available with king size bed. After insisting about the fact that that we wanted a smoking room with a king size bed, the front desk agent found a room for us. The only problem was that you could clearly see that it was two beds put together and not one king size bed, and that the bedsheets were too small. At first the room was very noisy: there was a strong noise coming from the bathroom. However that was promptly fixed by maintenance. On the second day, housekeeping forgot to leave toilet paper, which can happen. However it took 3 calls to reception and one hour to have it delivered to the room. It was difficult to reach front desk, operator, room service and housekeeping on many occasions: the phone would just ring and no one would pick up. I often had to call 4 or 5 times before being able to speak to someone. The breakfast was normally until 10 am, however starting from 9.30 a lot of items from the buffet were already missing and not refilled, unless you would ask a waiter, who would then bring some of the requested item to you only. The hotel itself is not bad and the location either, as you have a shopping mall right next door, taxis available 24 hours...however the service and the attention to guests definitely needs some improvement! Personally I would not suggest this hotel.

Air circulation not very good and overall evrything is excellent so ibcan recommend to stay here with affordable price with excellent services but once warly morning i cantvuse tge bathroom because no water available but soon got water so its fast respond nice job

All okay except for one incident on safety

Stayed on 3rd to 6th March 2017. All was good and OK until the evening of 5th March (2am 6th March). We had requested for Housekeeping to make up our room at around 530pm on 5th March. Three staff came. (one staff and 2 trainees).We left the room half way while they were making up the room and when we returned that night around 2am on 6th March morning. It was to our horror that we found our room door opened and the safety latch blocking the door. We quickly rushed in to check what was going on and we called the Reception to report the issue and the man asked me if anything missing. Told cant tell now as have to check our belongings. He also said that he would inform Security but no one came and he also said that he would get security to check the CCTV to see if anyone came in to the room during that 8 hours. Next morning I approached the Reception to ask about it and the girl mentioned that the Security is yet to review the CCTV. Since we were checking out, she said that they would email me the update. Its been 4 days and still no news from the Hotel. Management must review the Security and Housekeeping procedures to ensure that if the rooms doors are left ajar, it should be dealt with on their rounds and check if room occupied and do the necessary. Apart from that, hotel is good.Just this security issue that needs to be addressed

Credit card deposit will be returned in 14 days, other Ibis group are faster than this ... In my case my CC was debited for 2 transactions even if both are pending ... so be careful .... even if put the deposit, the laundry - the guest has to pay in cash .... They always want to deliver it while the guest in the room, why?? can't you just drop it there in the room? ... If you don't trust your guest, don't provide this service ....!!!! The good thing is this property has gym that allow guest to stay healthy .... Food for breakfast are generally okay ...

All the basic needs you can imagine from a hotel with value for money. From clean and tidy room, easy access to mall, highway. airport, city...what else can you ask. The pricing is also very competitive if you are Accor plus member. The staffs are very friendly and although young, they are dedicated and are always willing to help.

For the rates they charge, it's definitely value for money. All basic amenities are provided including a very decent breakfast. Nice, clean and comfortable room. What else can you ask for? The hot water for shower wasn't working on my first night and I requested a change of room. It was done without much hassle and satisfactorily. Keep up the good standard. ☺

The only problem is shower, seem water supply is not enough. It can be quite irritating especially washing my hair. Others than this all is fine, we are happy with the hotel & services. Location of the hotel is just nice for us.

It's a nice budget hotel situated near the mall with easy transportation by taxis. Breakfast was more than adequate but not sumptuous. Bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. However, sound insulation was poor. Can hear footsteps outside and a 'roar' if someone upstairs flushes his wc.

I stay with my family, I found this hotel is on the mall, so all is easy to get, we can shop, eat and go anywhere so easy, so close to Ancol, and highway to airport. Very nice hotel and good to stay, both of business and family.

I had stayed 1 night because the next day I had a meeting at a harbor. Suggest for this hotel ; 1. Please improve the wall, because I heard a sound of lock / unlock of the next room door, when people was walking in the alley, I heard in my room. 2. Short trip of electricity often happened 3. Until the middle of the night, I heard non stop music from night pub but I wasn't annoyed for that sound. Positive sides ; 1. Strategic location at the business area 2. Nice decoration room and its alley. 3. Tasty and a good variety for breakfast 4. Clean room, good amicable for staff and the service. 5. Well done air conditioning Will keep choose ibis as my favorite business hotel !

For sure, we took action already to some of your suggestion, especially the sound that you've heard all the night, which the source came from the Night Club. Our owning company has made an agreement with the Night Club management to install sound insulation that could reduce the noise disturbance to an adequate number of 35 NC (Noise Criterion), which is this number represent the adequate level of noise for Apartment and Hotel Rooms according to International standard. As for the electricity short trip, we have been discussing to our Engineering team to strengthen the Key Tag Holder on our rooms, as from experience, this is what usually happen. Of course we try our best to deliver an adequate quality of product and service to each of our guests. Rest assure that we have taken measurements to improve this Hotel as much as possible for the comfort of our guests.
