This is my first time stay at here, i’m shocked because this hotel looks not good from the outside but when i’m enter the lobby i surprise if this hotel was good, when i checked in the staff very nice and kind, the room was good and clean and the food was tasty, i only remember one staff undername ms serly or sherly i forgot the name, she is staff who incharge at executive lounge, she is very kind and cheerfull, we are talking a lot and she is very nice and polite

Good rooms, but disappointed with breakfast options

The hotel is inside the Mangga Dua sqaure so it’s very easy to locate. The overall neighbourhood is not that pretty and only if you have work around this area, I would recommend you to stay here. Now to the hotel, the checkin process was fairly smooth. Did not get an early checkin, so had to wait for the room to be ready. The rooms are spacious and well kept. No complaints regarding the rooms. If you are a vegetarian, then your options at the morning breakfast are super limited! I recommend you DO NOT TAKE THE BREAKFAST OPTION as you would end up not filling your stomach. The breakfast is super heavy on Non-Veg. I booked a Novotel assuming that there would be decent options in vegetarian category but was disappointed! Other than the the breakfast, the hotel is all good.

Lovely hotel, beautiful view and best facilities.. Not expect that inside Mangga Dua area there is a classy hotel like this.. it makes you feel and keep thinking that, “am I inside the Mangga Dua, right now?” Insane ! . . I stayed at Executive deluxe, room is spacious, wiFi connection is good, there are bathtub, safety box, kitchen, sofa, desk, and king bed . They have spa, pool olympic, gym, kids club, restaurant & bar, etc

Assisted the reservation by Althur, Checked in & out process by Haikal and Bellman Supriyadi. Requested for my wedding anniversary to Olive and they really gave that to us. Me and my husband loved it. Also shout out to services by Muthi. She was excellent decorated our room, was friendly and helpful. Overall my stay experience was very satisfied
