Raffles is luxe en warmte. Topkwaliteit van producten zoals kamer en ontbijt. Tegelijkertijd warmte van het personeel. Geen pretentie, geen stijfheid wat je soms ervaart bij 5 sterren ervaring.

We celebrated our anniversary here, and the hotel made it truly special—even surprising us with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning corner suite with a garden view (over double the size of the already spacious 60sqm standard room!). The service was exceptional, and the breakfast had an amazing variety, including sashimi (a first for me!). The room had everything we needed, and the pool area felt like a tropical paradise. We also loved the lush garden with a jogging path and the convenient direct access to the mall. The only minor issue was the shower head—it was a bit awkward to hold, and the water pressure could be stronger. A huge thank you to the butlers and housekeeping team for their outstanding hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!
