Amazing stay at Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery Sapa! We stayed for 3 days and everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is very nice, and the views from the balcony are stunning — especially the clouds and Sapa Square. Special thanks to Quynh, who provided outstanding service and helped us with everything we needed, including booking Fansipan tickets with the WOW pass. We arrived early after taking the sleeper train from Hanoi, and the hotel kindly allowed us to use the pool area to freshen up, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay in Sapa!

First time in Sapa and choosing to stay at this hotel was the best decision ever. It was convenient to everything around. We were greeted and helped by Nam and Quỳnh while staying there. Strongly recommend this hotel and especially Nam and Quỳnh.

Cacao patisserie has terrible service

It took over an hour for them to make my nephew’s mango smoothie despite multiple follow ups and being the only customers. They served a lukewarm cappuccino. I had to get my own menus because the staff (Mia and Hong) were chatting in a corner, ignoring customers. Only after getting angry did the manager show up and resolve our concern. There are many other good coffee places in Sapa. Skip completely.
