My friends and I had an exceptionally satisfying 3D2N stay in early November. The hotel stands out in the heart of Sapa, designed by renowned architect Bill Bensley with a unique narrative inspired by a tailor’s shop. Its design and décor are truly remarkable. The location is perfect for exploring Sapa on foot, especially in the evening when the town becomes vibrant with activities and captivating cultural performances by local ethnic groups. The dining experience at MGallery is another highlight, offering dishes thoughtfully crafted with local spices and flavors. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making our stay even more memorable.

The hotel is lovely. Its inviting French boudoir interior is so beautiful will definitely come back. The room tiles are cold. Probably could have a carpet or two. Thai was lovely and very good hospitality. Had a relaxing massage at the spa too by mai (not sure if I spelt her name right ) with a red dao herbal bath. Stay here for the full premium experience !

Amazing hotel in the center oF SaPA. Khuong tirelessly assisted during my visit. Would definitely come back. Great facilities.
