Great location near the station with quite a bit in the nearby streets. It's a more budget option that we used to make our airport transfer easier and fine for that. Breakfast is good for the price point. Room was a good size and the bed large but pushed up against the wall, meaning no table. Don't see why and a table would have been nice.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Osaka Station, with direct access to the underground mall (via B1 floor, with only a few stairs) Breakfast was good, served in the lobby café, with friendly and attentive staff who assisted me daily. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it's a great value-for-money option if you're looking for a central location in Osaka. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I was impressed by the hard work of the staff and the facilities at IBIS Osaka Umeda.

I enjoyed my 4-night stay at ibis Osaka Umeda, but it was after checking out that the hotel truly impressed me. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the underground shops and the subway, making it a great base for exploring Osaka. The real standout moment came when I realised I'd left something extremely important in the room’s safe after I had already left the city. In a panic, I contacted the hotel, and Yoëla was quick to assist. She promptly located the missing item and went above and beyond by arranging to have it posted to my next hotel in Tokyo. I can’t express how grateful I am to Yoëla and the entire team at ibis Osaka Umeda for their incredible service. What could have been a disaster was quickly resolved, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my holiday stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for its service and convenient location!

the location is great, very short walk from Osaka station and connected to the underground mall walk way. (direct access from B1 floor with only a few stairs) The room was quite compact but clean and reasonable price. Ibis standard. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
