We stayed here for one night and were very happy with the experience. Hotel is centrally located, has comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. We loved that they emailed us a guide to Osaka before our stay. We also greatly appreciated them providing a kettle in our room and extra blankets. Only issue is the water tended to get everywhere when we showered because they had one of those glass panel showers where half of it was still open, but that's quite minor.

飯店老舊、房間有一股不好的味道、住宿八個晚上一直被不好的氣味影響、房間燈光也昏暗。硬體設備建議需要改進了、五星級的飯店不該是這樣的

地點便利，有高島屋，1010商場，離心齋橋很近，食及Shopping 都很方便，而且職員服務態度良好，極力推介此間Hotel。
