This is one of the best hotel experiences possible. I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews but our stay was off the charts great for 3 nights and we have done lots of traveling. Make sure to get the buffet breakfast included with your stay, it's an absolutely incredible value and so gourmet in every way with a plethora of choices. There's also a cocktaill hour included and they will make an incredible cocktail of the day! Room had the most amazing view I have ever seen. They also give you a complimentary fridge full of snacks and drinks!! Last but not least the location is perfect, it's right by the Namba station and all of the shopping in the area. You can easily shop around, eat in Dotenbori and just come back and rest. I don't write many reviews but cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you can get a good deal just prepay and it's way worth it!! Will be staying at this chain of hotels (Swissotel) again. This truly is a five-star hotel in every way. So many hotels advertise this way but are not up to scratch. The only marginally negative thing is bathroom is a little small, but this is a very urban place so don't expect giant rooms.

The location is excellent, just above the Nankai station from the Airport. It is also well connected by trains and Subway, as well as short walk from the Dotonbori Bridge. It is certainly my favorite hotel to stay and excellent for those who have multiple luggage after shopping in Japan. Saved $200 aud in taxi fees!

Location is excellent. There are tons of restaurants to choose from and places to shop . All you need to do is walk around the area. Breakfast is something to look forward to. Rooms are clean. No complains on the pillows, sheets, towels . Checking in and out was a breeze.

来去机场超级方便，第一次入口不太好找 注意看高岛屋里的指示即可，行政酒廊不像中国大陆含简易午餐晚餐，下午的甜点也乏善可陈，好在早餐可以到顶楼，早晨丰富就是空调温度太低太冷了
