Had a great stay here. Room is small but we already expected this of Japanese hotels. We opted to book the hotel directly on Accor hotels website with membership rate and with free cancellation. We are a couple and chose the Standard Room with 2 single beds. If you compare, Standard room with 2 single beds is 18sq.m. as compared to 15sq.m. for Standard room with 1 double bed. Although of course the former will be a bit pricier than the latter room. As you can see in the photos, the two single beds are positioned next to each other. Direct basement access to Whity Umeda (lots of food and shopping options) and train stations is very convenient. Hotel check-in is earlier at 2pm and check-out is later than usual at 11am. Other hotels have 10am hotel check-out when compared. Luggage can be left at the concierge when you arrive earlier than the check-in time and also upon check-out if you wish to do some last minute sight-seeing before your flight home. There’s a water dispenser near the front desk. 7/11, Sukiya is just a few meters walk. And it’s near the Limousine bus at Hankyu Mall if going or coming from Kansai airport. Near Hep Five too.

Hotel had a prime.location close to main osaka station. Hard to navigate from there to hotel via basement. Rooms small but clean and comfy. Poor sound insulation. Only one microwave for whole hotel. Check in was efficient and fast. Lack of late check out was a bummer. Might consider staying at the hotel opposite next time.

The hotel is well located and close to 3 stations - Umeda, Osaka Central and Osaka Umeda. Means you have access to JR, metro and one more line. The rooms are small like most have complained but thats because its a small hotel and most rooms in Japan are on the smaller side. It is value for money. The breakfast is great and staff is polite and responsive. This place is definitely not for families with kids. At most 2 adults in a room is comfortable. Overall a great place for 2-3 nights for a tourist wanting to explore Osaka.

Hôtel situé dans le quartier d’Umeda. Beaucoup de restaurant au alentour ainsi qu’une galerie marchande. Accès direct au couloir du métro via un ascenseur à l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Accueil impeccable. Les chambres sont petites mais agréable parfaitement insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est variés avec de bon produits. Les employés sont adorable et deux sont français ce qui peux s’avérer utile. Séjours agréables.

L emplacement est très bien. En ce qui concerne l hôtel, le bar est fermé , pas d accès aux canapés. Le petit dej sans plus . La Clim fait beaucoup de bruit. Les chambres à deux lits sont plus grandes que celles avec un lit double. Globalement je suis déçu
