We are pleased to know that you were satisfied with our location, and we sincerely appreciate your kind comment. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the smell of outside food in the hallway. We also regret that, despite having a breakfast-inclusive reservation, this was not properly reflected on our list. Please accept our sincere apologies for these oversights. A good location hotel in Umeda but very small room.

We are delighted to hear that you had a generally satisfying stay with us, and we truly appreciate your kind comments regarding our convenient location and the friendliness of our staff. We also sincerely thank you for your feedback regarding the water service. Currently, in consideration of environmental sustainability, we provide drinking water via the water dispenser located in the lobby on the first floor. However, we fully understand the inconvenience you may have felt, especially as a Platinum member. Your suggestion has been shared internally and will be taken into consideration for future service improvements.
