오사카역과 우메다역이 가까워서 공항 및교토에서 이동이 편리했습니다. 지하철도 가까워서 오사카내 이동도 편했습니다

체크인때 직원이 비전문적이었음. 계산 실수로 내가 리마인드해줘야 했음. 모든 게 건성 건성이길래 파트타임 직원인 줄. 호텔 조식도 바빠서 그런지 식당 여자분이 친절하진 않았음. 위치가 너무 좋지만 오래되도 낡은 룸이며 조식 등이 실망스러움. 플래티넘인데 괜히 머물렀다 싶었던 곳

생일 기념으로 예약 후 투숙을 하기 위해 방문하였습니다. 객실 컨디션은 너무 맘에 들었으나 객실안에 물이 없어서 매일 저녁에 편의점에 들려서 물을 사와야하는 불편스러움이 있었습니다. 해당 사항을 문의하려고 프런트 데스크에 방문하였으나 그곳에 있던 남자 스태프는 관심없는듯한 태도와 표정과 말투로 응대하였습니다. 기분이 별로 좋지 않았으나 생일 당일이였기 때문에 바로 객실로 돌아왔습니다. 또한, 체크아웃까지 웰컴드링크에 대한 기본 안내는 이루어지지 않았으며 해당 사항을 체크아웃후에 호텔측에 메일로 전달하였습니다. 호텔측 응대 또한 로봇스러운 답변 뿐이였습니다. 해당 직원에 대한 성함을 알려달라는 메일을 보냈으나 답변은 받지 못하였고 평가를 하라는 메일만 전달 받았습니다. 전반적인 투숙에 대한 평가는 매우 불만족이고 이후 해당 호텔을 다시 이용할지는 모르겠습니다. 생일 기념으로 기대를 하였으나 돌아온건 무심한 태도뿐이였습니다.
