난카이 난바역 근처라 근처 관광지에 걸어서 갈수가 있으며 칸사이공항과 연결된 난카이 전철로 신속하게 공항까지 이동가능. 단 미도츠지선 난바역에서 호텔을 찾기가 매우 어려움

1. 호텔 입구를 찾기 힘듭니다. 난카이 난바센 중앙개찰구에서 에스칼레이터를 타고, 아케이드에서 다시 에스컬레이터를 타야만 갈수 있는데, 초행길의 손님으로서는 지금 정도의 안내판으로는 입구 찾기가 어려워요. 구굴맵도 건물만 표시하기 때문에, 진짜 입구 찾기 힘듭니다. 2. 수영장 라인을 왜 1개만 사용하게 하는지, 세개의 수영라인이 있는 수영장에, 세이프가이드가, 1개 라인만 사용하게 하더라고요. 분명히 당일, 1번 라인은 회원 전용, 2,3번은 투숙객용으로 되어 있는데, 왜 3번만 사용하게 했나요? 기분이 나빴습니다. 3. 이상한 냄새가 남. 카레 향? 그런 냄새가 났습니다.

위치가 좋고 직원들이 친절함. 그러나 침구가 깨끗한 느낌이 아니었고 축축한 느낌도 있어 잠잘때 쾌적한 느낌이 아니었으며 침대에 누우면 몸이 간지러움. 그리고 침구때문인지 온가족이 피부 알러지가 났음. 침구관리가 필요함.

체크인시 도와주었던 리셉션 직원이 굉장히 불친절 했습니다. 미소 한번없이 하는 체크인은 처음입니다. 직원이 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 체크인에서부터 불쾌감을 느껴 여행 내내 기분이 좋지않았습니다. 그러나 룸은 아주 좋았습니다.

최근에 리모델링을 해서 그런지 호텔 전체적인 컨디션도 좋고 룸 내부도 깨끗해서 좋음 층수높은 룸에 배정되서 밖으로 보이는 뷰가 좋음, 호텔 조식도 맛있었음

우선 처음 알아봤을때 호텔 직원분들께서 한국사람들에게 약간 불친절하다는 후기들을 봤어서 걱정을 많이 했는데 오히려 너무 친절하고 체크인 시간보다 일찍갔는데 빠르게 체크인이 진행돼 빈 방으로 먼저 들어가게 해주셔서 좋았어요. 원하던 깨끗한 룸과 높은 층으로 지정해주셨고 어눌한 말이지만 한국어로 차근차근 설명해주셔서 감사했습니다. 룸도 매일 깨끗하게 청소해주셨고 수영장을 이용했을때 락커 사용법등 직원분들께서 너무 친절하게 알려주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 여러모로 직원분들이 친절하시고 다음에도 꼭 이용하고 싶네요.
