The Good: My second time to Osaka and I thought to splurge a little to stay at Swissotel. The location is perfect as the nankai express from Kansai Airport is literally at the doorstep. So if you have many luggage, you would definitely appreciate the convenience. The breakfast area is at level 36 and the view is quite impressive. Variety of food is also good, The Bad: I was utterly disappointed with the room. I booked the Swiss Select Queen room and it doesn’t look like the picture at all. Not sure if they assigned the smaller rooms to non Accor members? Looks like Accor members get the perks of upgrades. The room is so small and I have barely enough space to pack my 2 suitcases. The toilet is also pathetically tiny. There isn’t enough space for me to put my toiletry bag on the counter. The toilet and the bath are together. The design of the bathing area will definitely cause the floor to be wet after bathing, something which I don’t like. The bed and pillows are also not as luxurious as what I expected. Will I recommend this hotel? Oh well, if you are an Accor member and is your first time to Osaka, this hotel is suitable else look for somewhere else which is much bigger at a lower cost.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Location is perfect at Namba Station with everything at your doorstep. The hotel is beautiful and very luxurious. We booked the executive floor and the room was spacious and well designed with a fabulous view. Loved the breakfast, onsen, sauna and pool and the staff were all excellent.

위치가 최상입니다. 하지만 5성급 호텔인 것에 비해 침구류가 만족스럽지 않았고, 비치된 드라이기도 너무 작아서 성능이 좋지않았어요. 직원분들은 매우 친절하시고 방뷰는 좋았습니다
