위치가 정말 깡패! 어디로 가도 다니기 편하고, 바로 연결되어있는 백화점이나 쇼핑몰 등이 많아서 좋음. 방에서 보는 뷰도 매우 좋은 편이라 아이가 좋아함(난카이 난바역에서 출발하는 기차보임) 플래티넘에 대한 안내 및 대우는 빈약함. 골든위크임을 감안해도 무료조식 및 레이트체크아웃(1시) 외에 혜택이 없어서 아쉬움. 그리고 플래티넘 혜택에 대해 안내도 따로 없이, 네가 알아서 요청하라는 식.

일본어 하나도 못하는데 여행가서 호텔에서 약간의 영어로 설명했음에도 체크인과 택시 잡는 것 까지 도와주셔서 너무 편했어요.
