A good experience, very centrally located with a good spacious restaurant within. Staff were very efficient, rooms were good with a very efficient cleaning routine. Breakfast represented multiple options at very good value. Very close to the hotel is a lot of nice dining options as-well.

Location is conveniently located near Umeda station, a busy hub to get around Osaka. Transport and shopping are widely available around the area. Room is small but comfortable enough for single traveler. There is separate bathroom despite the small space. My room had a view of the Ferris wheel as well. Bed is comfortable too. Staff was lovely and helpful. Would recommend if you don’t mind a smaller space.

This was a great hotel in a great location. As with many Japanese hotels, the rooms were very compact but comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot, it was a shame they didn’t have one of those small Japanese baths. The bed was nice and comfy too. The hotel is close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Public transport options are very handy and close by too.

We were here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay! My boyfriend found this bed to be the most comfortable of the 5 hotels we booked. We chose this hotel mainly for the proximity to Osaka/Umeda Station which we found great for getting around. There’s a station exit right next to the hotel. There are many affordable and tasty dining options close to the hotel, so you’ll never go hungry. Overall, this was a great stay!

First of all, fully aware this is a budget hotel, so not benchmarking it against any luxury hotels. I've had better experience in other budget hotels. Cons: 1. Breakfast pretty bad, very limited options. Do not pay for it, heaps of other options around Umede. 2. Rooms are very small, if u have two large suitcases you will have absolutely no room to move aound Pros: 1. Connected to Umede station ( if u can find the entrance) note the underground entrance will lock at 10pm so if u arrive with ur suitcase after that time, better use the street entrance, so that u don't need to carry your suitcase up the stairs.
