Hotelnya berada tepat di atas stasiun namba sehingga memudahkan akses ketika ingin berjalan2 keliling osaka maupun kyoto.. sarapan nya lengkap dan enak, hidangan lengkap dengan pilihan western food serta japanese food yg beragam.. staf yg helpful serta ramah menambah kepuasan kami untuk menginap di swissotel.. semoga bisa segera kembali menginap disini ketika mengunjungi osaka.. bravo...

It was my 2nd time coming back to Osaka where I stayed in this hotel as ALL Accor Platinum member. During my 4 nights, I felt recognised and got my privilege with platinum status. Staff from check-in, housekeeping, breakfast & lounge are capable, amicable and did their great job. I have no issues during my stay except for spa & massage service was really hard to make a reservation due to fully booked all day long and even 2 days later as I was informed. Never mind I still can enjoyed doing other things. I think food options are really limited if anyone is looking for halal food. Last bur not least, I will be back to this hotel if Accor has no other new hotels in Osaka.
