It was my 2nd time coming back to Osaka where I stayed in this hotel as ALL Accor Platinum member. During my 4 nights, I felt recognised and got my privilege with platinum status. Staff from check-in, housekeeping, breakfast & lounge are capable, amicable and did their great job. I have no issues during my stay except for spa & massage service was really hard to make a reservation due to fully booked all day long and even 2 days later as I was informed. Never mind I still can enjoyed doing other things. I think food options are really limited if anyone is looking for halal food. Last bur not least, I will be back to this hotel if Accor has no other new hotels in Osaka.
