호캉스를 하려고 동대문 노보텔에 예약을 했습니다! 체크인 할때부터 프론트 직원분께서 하나하나 설명을 친절하고 자세히 설명해주시더라구요 신웅님? 이셨던거같아요 손님응대가 굿! 아주 기분좋게 체크인을 할 수 있었어요 수영장은 숙소에 들어가서 예약을 해야하는 시스템이더라구요 저는 체크인을 하자마자 바로 해서 무난하게 예약을 했고 체크인 시간대 쯤에 예약을 했더니 2~3팀만있어 널널하게 놀 수 있었어요 노을 질 때쯤 수영장가시면 뷰가 더 이쁠꺼 같아요 참고!! 어딜가든 직원 분들이 응대를 잘해주시고 교통도 좋아 또 방문 할 의향이 있는 숙소였던거같아요~

Nous avons réservés moi et mon mari et notre bébé de 4 mois. L’hôtel à des parc pour bébé. À notre arrivés à la chambre, il y avait une odeur de cigarette. Ils nous ont immédiatement changés de chambre. Nous avons essayée le déjeuner, il est correct. La chambre est bien mais pas idéale pour les gens sensibles au bruit. On entend tous les bruits extérieurs. Malheureusement la piscine extérieur sur le toit n’ est pas permise au enfant. Ils ont seulement accès à celle de l’intérieur (avec bonnet de bain obligatoire pour tous) et il faut réserver une période de baignade qui est environ 1:30. Il est proche du station de métro, restaurant, centre d’achats.

Tuve algún problema con la reserva, éramos cuatro y solo teníamos tres camas en la habitación, nos pusieron una cama supletoria pero el aspecto de la habitación con cuatro camas y el espacio que quedaba no era el de un hotel de cinco estrellas. Tuve un pequeño problema con el cambio de divisas, muy caro en el hotel, mucho más que en la calle. Las personas del Conscierge no nos dieron el mejor servicio.
