Different Ibis

I have some experiences with Ibis in Europe, Japan and Thailand and I thought I know this brand. I took a very late flight and arrived in hotel almost midnight. I booked a room via Accor official website but the hotel staff did not know what is “Accor” (I mentioned this name bilingual). The whole check-in process was over 15minutes, even though I had already given my confirmation number to her. Don’t get me wrong! The receptionist was smiling during the entire process. I just disappointed and surprised it happened on an international hotel brand. When I stepped out the elevator, a lot of dirty cloth covered the carpet (don’t ask me why). After I passed through the “minefield”, I stood in front of my room. I should not criticise the room, in terms of design, user-friendly and cleanliness because it was cheap (if compare with the local brands, it is a market price). The facility that I must highlight is the bathroom. They provide shower curtain instead of a shower cubical. After shower, the entire floor of bathroom got wet and you would be the housekeeper to dry the floor. Please remind to bring “warm” underwear. The air-conditioning cannot warm up the room.

Probably the nicest Ibis I've stayed in China though it may be because it seems like it's pretty new (not sure when it opened). Staff were really warm and helpful. Room was larger than I expected and very clean. Bed was very firm which I prefer but perhaps other Western travelers will find it uncomfortable. Breakfast is on second floor. There is also a common laundry room as well. Good location.

旅行套装要付款的随便扔，没看到字就把外包装拆了没用过就一定要强硬收费。还说去外面超市拆了要付钱，外面超市买东西洗发露沐浴露拆了也没有强硬要买的吧！想钱想疯了么

酒店卫生非常不好，刚进房间就闻到很浓的烟味，过了一夜也没散掉，但是价格便宜，我忍。毛巾上面也有一股奇怪的味道，我不知道是不是他们没洗干净，但是肯定没有消毒。床单被子感觉也不太干净。开始印象不太好，但是这个价钱，也只能住到这样的酒店了。 退房的时候发生了一件令我非常愤怒的事情。酒店人员说我拆了房间的一个情趣用品，我根本连动都没有动过那个东西，他们非说是我用的，让我赔钱。我不在乎那点钱，但是让我为酒店的失误买单，我很难接受。而且我真的没有被这样冤枉过。为了赶时间，我还是给他们钱了。 这个酒店实在是让我觉得恶心了，这辈子我都不会再去鸿儒酒店

文化方面的东西装修的比较多。品牌稍微差一点。服务方面差不多。它是在市中心，出行比较方便，比较适合商务出差的住。房间的舒适程度挺不错，硬件也没问题。里面的服务不错，我们要喝酒，让他拿个东西很快就拿过来了。卫生也不错。
