Aircon was warm. NOT COOL. Was OK at the sofa but not the bed. But a lovely suite. Celebrated my sons 21st birthday. Nice hotel. I don't know what else to say. Nice nice nice! Lovely lovely lovely! To force a 200 character eview before my review is not ok.

Renovated room at the south wing is fine and everywhere look nice. Surprisingly the bathroom has no bidet. And at the bedside there is no electrical plug to be used. We have an unpleasant experience at the pool as the service provided by the staff there leave much to be desired. We were trying to redeem the complimentary drinks as we are Accor members. The staff told us he need the physical drink coupon and ask me go to ask from the reception but in actual fact it should be just digital coupon in the Accor app. Ask for a watermelon juice without ice but was served with ice. This kind of inattentive service happening in a 5 stars hotel

The recent stay was pleasant. I was given a free upgraded having a lovely view of MBS. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. The only setback is they have stopped providing complimentary parking which i felt was quite a letdown. In my opinion, they could have added this to the rates and continue providing this gesture (as what they had in the past), rather than informing the guest that parking its under the shopping mall and beyond their jurisdiction. Nevertheless, i still have my wonderful stay.

Highly recommend Fairmont Singapore . From concierge to check in (ms wen chyi) . So welcoming Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations . I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Location of the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Service from Asia market cafe and prego - fantastic. Housekeeping from Ni Ni and Ya Min …perfect. Spotless huge rooms. Amenities in bathroom excellent and first class Can’t fault The Fairmont . Well done.

Overall, I’ll always choose to come back to Fairmont for the service and quality amenities provided. Check in reception Ryan was friendly and understood my needs, offered necessary service. The housekeeper was very attentive and personalized her service for me. Thank you so much Shwe Sin!
