Absolutely stunning hotel, you could not fault the service. Room was always spotless, and I know as I was the assistant director of housekeeping at 5 star hotel in Perth. It really was a pleasure staying at the hotel, and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Singapore. Oh and the Singapore sling at the pool area are fantastic

Large hotel above the City Hall MRT station provided the perfect location for our 7 night stay. Our room on level 24 was large and clean with lots of storage areas. We had access to the lounge on level 25, and were looked after by Jesthony, Hamzah, Jeremiah and Yani who were all so friendly. Jesthony & Hamzah - thank you for the lovely chocolate birthday cake!! The nightly canapes, cocktails and wines were plentiful and freeflowing. We mostly had our breakfast at Prego which was at times chaotic, but had a huge selection of Western and Asian foods.

As a beginner, I was very curious to know if this will be difficult or painful for me, but Mookde made sure to calm me and ensure that it is very safe and can tune based on requirement. Very understanding and informative session. She helped to answer many questions related to various body pains which i had in the past and also provided solutions for it. I took the body scrub and Aromatherapic relaxation massage and was a really nice experience. I Highly recommend Mookde to have a good massage experience.

From the moment I arrived at Fairmont Singapore, I knew I was in for something special. Hotel in the heart of the city, Raffles City Shopping Centre, and the City Hall MRT station—making it a dream location for guests. The warmth and professionalism of the staff truly set this hotel standard. Every interaction, from check-in to concierge recommendations, was handled with genuine care and efficiency. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, even surprising us with a thoughtful gesture to celebrate a special occasion. Our room was a sanctuary of modern elegance. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city, spotless of the room really impressed me a lot. The marble bathroom, complete with a deep soaking tub and premium toiletries, added a touch of indulgence. The Willow Stream Spa offered rejuvenating treatments that melted stress away. Upon check out The Quality Manager Mr Marvin Ho asked me the living experience of the stay and even helped me with my luggage due to my wife was a shopping queen, he coordinate with the concierge to call a taxi for me that's really made me feel a sincere farewell and invited me to stay here again by next time. Thank you Fairmont Singapore, thank you Mr Marvin Ho.
