We had room 2533, with a Marina bay view and access to the lounge. The room was spacious and well equipped and had a fantastic view of Marina bay. We had a fantastic view of the new year fireworks both in Marina bay and at the sports stadium, from our balcony. In fact the room, would also provide a good view of the Singapore Grand Prix. The club lounge , had happy 2 hours each day 5.30pm-7.30pm with complimentary drinks and a buffet all included in the price. The lounge also provided buffet breakfast, with eggs cooked to order, either omelettes, eggs benedict or poached eggs etc, again included in the price. Any organisation's staff are it's greatest asset and this hotel had wonderful staff in all sorts of roles. However I would like to mention Qiqi, Hamsab,Sam,Jack,James and Maya who all deserve a special mention, they were delightful individuals, who went that extra mile to ensure your stay was memorable. THANKYOU one and all. Although I have mentioned 6 individuals, in fact all the staff we dealt with were fantastic. The hotel was well situated for visiting Singapore and had plenty of dining options . The Concierge service were very helpful and knowledgeable about their city. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. Many Thanks Ian and Linda

Service at club lounge was excellent, especially served by James. The team which consists of James, Jess, Zhiqi and Lenny. I have my best cocktail in the work which was very refreshing and pleasant made by James! The service is very prompt and they know your needs. Excellent team to Fairmont Spore!!

Location and staff are great. Rooms outdated.

Centrally located close to everything. The best thing about this place is its location and attentive staff. Special mention of Bern from the concierge team who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Rooms on 17th floor are ok, but outdated. Not the 5 star type of room that you would expect.

The staff made us feel welcoming, the atmosphere was grand, the room is well cleaned , value for money! The staff are well trained to make you feel the hotel just like your second home, good experience with Fairmont Singapore!

The Fairmont Singapore is absolutely wonderful! Pros - Great location - walking distance to all of Singapore’s essential attractions. - Raffles City is right below it making it very convenient to shop and dine - Raffles Hotel is across the street - make sure to join them for high tea - Major Pro: Fairmont Gold Lounge is TOP NOTCH. Special kudos to James and team - they take such good care of everyone at the lounge. James is definitely a highlight. His entire team is wonderful, warm and kind. - Kelly at the spa was also wonderful - best massage I’ve had in a while. Cons - Spa needs a major refresh - it is very old. Service is fantastic, but the facilities are very old.
