We had a relaxing week at the Fairmont Singapore. We used the pool, enjoyed the pool side restaurant, enjoyed the gym, had a massage and of course we loved the Gold Lounge! The service from the staff was above average. We had HSLP-Hang keeping our room beautiful and clean daily. We were served champagne and wonderful tapas from James, Roger and many wonderful staff in the gold lounge. We ate at the pool restaurant and Prego. Both were great with food and service. Plus the hotel is attached to a large mall.

Hotel is a large hotel in centre of Singapore. We had a club room on 24th floor. Room was superb with views over Singapore. Pool was good but got quite busy at weekends. Club lounge very good, with breakfast and evening meal and drinks available. Probably saved money going club with the cost of food and drink in Singapore very expensive.

It is always a pleasure to return back to Fairmont for our annual family getaway especially using the Accord Plus. For Fairmont to consider for inprovement if Fairmont can continue to give complimentary car parking to those staycation families.

Simply outstanding. We had an amazing room overlooking the bay. Turndown service was impeccable including fresh glass water bottles at the side of the bed. Really appreciated the refillable glass water bottles that we were able to take out with us and refill in our room with chilled water. Very sustainable! Built into a shopping mall, not that you would know it if you just entered the hotel via the main entrance. This enhanced our experience as there are a few places to eat, shop, catch the metro and a pharmacy. Next door to Raffles hotel. Very convenient for the bay we were able to walk there easily. We do wish we hadn’t wasted our time with the metro in Singapore, taxis are so cheap and friendly and it avoids you walking miles in the underground.
