Very well assisted in the checkin process and clearly informed of all hotel facilities. The rooms are excellent, luxurious and elegant. I really like this hotel with a great view. The complimentary cake as informed in the email was very good compared to fairmont sg. I highly recommend this hotel over the fairmont because in terms of facilities they share and there is no significant difference. Even the rooms are much better and the service at this hotel is very good compared to the fairmont. The location is very good and even the concierge was very polite to greet us and chat with us during his busy schedule which is very rare in SIN. Unfortunately there was a disturbing noise coming from under the lobby at night that caused me to wake up and have trouble sleeping. And the noise came into the room quite loudly when cleaning the glass roof in the lobby with a truck at dawn.

One the best hotel in Singapore/ clean multiservice with great customer orientation! Good international breakfast and great assistance during checkin! The room was good !great attention to green environmental impact! I will return as I will have the possibility!!!!

We enjoyed our holiday but the hotel missed the beat. We have stayed there previously this is our 4th visit. We took an executive king room with club access. It had lovely views but no ambiance. The food in the Executive Lounge is very basic though nothing exceptional but it is the hotel management who chooses the menu not the staff. A big thank-you to Cheary who is fabulous at his job always doing his utmost to make everyone happy and making the place tick and Roderick is a gem as well they are both an asset to the company. Breakfast was better at The Cove downstairs, than in the Club lounge it offered a lot more choices.

The room was very comfy and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location was near to City hall MRT station and connected to Raffles city. Walking about 10 minutes to Merlion Park. Special thanks for Aini and Laura with their creativity and warm word! Really appreciate!

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Very nice to have a balcony (with superb view!), which also served me well to counter-balance the chill of the aircon. Things I wasn't happy about: - On one of the days (out of a 6-night stay), the room still hadn't been made up by 5:15pm, when I returned to the room. This is clearly way too late and should not happen in a hotel of this category. - Although the breakfast selection was generally good, I missed baked beans, which are usually widely available in Singapore hotels. - Water pressure in the shower left a bit to be desired - When inquiring about checking out 1 day earlier than planned, I was told that they would have to check my reservation first, indicating that it might be the case that I still may be charged for the last night. But I was not told when or how I would get confirmation this. When I asked another member of staff a few hours later, he confirmed that there would be no penalty, making me wonder why I couldn't get this information straight away the first time I inquired.
