Absolutely love the location! Woke up to the stunning view of the CBD skyline from my corner suite. Housekeeping is impeccable – they even neatly organized the cables for my gadgets. The turndown service with the local dessert selection is a thoughtful touch I really appreciate.

Disappointment

As an Accor plus elite member, it was really a disappointment staying there. No upgrade, reason given was all rooms were fully booked. No lounge access, reason given was term and condition stated. Welcome drink, no red or white wine. Are you crazy, such a big hotel and you said don't have wine. Shame on you Fairmont Beijing. I was supposed to have another stay in the following week, but I cancelled it immediately. Good thing I have other better loyalty programs who honour their members way much better.
