Prettig hotel, aardig personeel. Wel wat opvallende dingen die in een relatief duur 5 sterren hotel beter moeten. Zoals de keuken die herhaaldelijk het eten anders afleverde dan wat besteld was. De prijzen voor drankjes zijn wel erg hoog. En de receptie had bij aankomst niet scherp dat ik een specifieke kamer had gereserveerd.

Van ontvangst tot vertrek fantastische ervaring, hele lieve en behulpzame mensen, lekker eten, fijne ruime kamers en goede faciliteiten. Een oase van rust en ontspanning in het drukke Nairobi. Opvallend was ook dat het zo enorm goed onderhouden wordt, alles elke dag netjes schoon en ook de tuin wordt al voor het ontbijt aangeharkt en verzorgd. Complimenten! En ook wel goed om te weten; erg veilig. Groot hek als je binnen komt maar daardoor kun je veilig in- en uitstappen.
