We are truly delighted to know that you enjoyed every aspect of your stay—from the comfort of your room and its amenities, including the Nespresso machine, to the spacious and well-appointed bathroom. It is also heartening to hear your appreciation of our diverse and generous breakfast buffet, the beautiful private beach, the warm sea, and our extensive selection of restaurants. Your description of the sea as even more beautiful than the Caribbean is incredibly flattering, and we are honored to have left such a positive impression. We have also taken note of your comment regarding the limited access to Italian TV channels, particularly Rai. We will certainly review this with our technical team to see if improvements can be made to better cater to our Italian-speaking guests. Thank you again for your kind recommendation.
