L’hotel offre camere confortevoli e ben curate, ideali per un soggiorno di lavoro. Anche lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno complessivamente piacevole. La colazione è discreta, ma decisamente migliorabile per quanto riguarda la parte “cucinata” e la caffetteria, che non risultano all’altezza di un hotel internazionale. Completamente in disaccordo, invece, con gli orari di apertura e chiusura della spa e della piscina. Trattandosi di una struttura con un chiaro orientamento business, sarebbe opportuno tenere maggiormente conto degli orari lavorativi degli ospiti e delle tempistiche della cena. Un’apertura più anticipata e una chiusura più tardiva sarebbero sicuramente molto apprezzate. Nota negativa anche per il ristorante al 30° piano, presente nella Guida Michelin. Abbiamo cenato in occasione di un evento organizzato e l’esperienza è stata deludente: alcune persone al tavolo non hanno ricevuto il cibo, poiché le portate venivano servite in una pirofila da cui ci si doveva auto-servire, in stile agriturismo, modalità decisamente inappropriata per il contesto. Anche la qualità complessiva dei piatti è risultata nella media, senza nulla di particolarmente memorabile.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottimale. Le stanze spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. Il letto è comodo e in generale tutti i servizi, dalla colazione alla spa, sono ottimi. Un problema personale è stato supportato e risolto prontamente dalla direzione. Proprio un hotel in cui non esiterei a tornare e consigliare.

Ottima struttura, di ottima qualità livello superiore. Camera grande e confortevole, possibilità di scegliere tra diversi tipi di cuscini. Colazione varia e deliziosa sia dolce che salata. Posizione a 1 km dalla città vecchia. Consiglio di allungare orario serale apertura dell'area spa e fitness Personale gentile e disponibile. Hotel assolutamente da consigliare
