The hotel was great, very big reception, everyone was so kind and helpful. I loved that the hotel is connected to a pharmacy downstairs, has a pool and a nice place to get tanned. The room was very elegant, it's perfect for people that come to conduct business, the bathroom is very beautiful and the room view is amazing. The breakfast buffet has so many different varieties it was difficult choosing what to eat.

Great Stay

We stayed for six nights and upgraded our room to a business suite. It was worth it, especially for the access to the executive lounge where Juan David looked after us so well. He was welcoming and friendly but also very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he remembered our preferences straight away. He was charming! We also loved the super comfortable and large bed in our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and very fresh. We had the best Ecuadorean potato soup at Bar Lepoint and we ate quite a few. Quito Deli had a great choice for lunch and snacks. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to recommend the Swissotel Quito

Beautiful hotel in a great location

This hotel was quite spectacular with all the amenities it offers. Numerous staff members were available in the lobby area to help us with anything we needed. It was in walking distance to everything we needed before and after our trip. The pool was both inside and outside and had a lovely waterfall.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed

The level of friendly service at every turn, along with fantastic food options including many vegan choices, as well as clean and spacious rooms with everything we needed, is the reason for the title of this review. With many places having power outages, we initially chose here because they have backup generators for anytime the city cut the power. When the power went out it was only for under a minute. We also appreciated that all staff, even in the restaurants, spoke English. The breakfast buffet was included and absolutely incredible with many vegan options which we appreciated. We ate at the Japanese restaurant on the ground 3 times and you get a discount when staying at the hotel. The service there was incredible along with the food and again, many vegan choices. They stayed open until 11pm which was incredible for passengers arriving on later flights. We also are one night at the bar - the vegetable spring rolls were fantastic and the service again was unmatched. The wifi didn't work as well as expected in the room we were in, but there was also a strong cell signal. The hotel had so many comfortable areas to hang out again and we hope to visit again next year with our group.

The hotel is very nice as per the web site. The staff customer service is excellent as you would expect,thank you. My advice is to make sure your room is not one of the inter connecting rooms as the no is is not good..we had issues. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue for a restful night l Rooms are great and everything you need. Particularly mention to Martin in the main evening bar area. Great servcie and interaction,thanks.
