We loved staying at the Swissôtel. Your staff always was too friendly and kind. Specially Aylin and Anahi, they made us feel at home again. We ordered room service the ceviche was delicious. And the location is great. We’ll be back here again soon

I am very very impressed by the level of professionalism you staff has provided us during our stay. This was a business /pleasure trip with my husband and the entire front desk staff could not have been more attentive. Aylin and Anahi were so happy to help us out in every way they could. So were all the other front desk staff members we came in contact with. I am looking forward to my next stay at your hotel already. Happy new year to all. May it be full of health and Peace !

Upon arrival on the 31st we were greeted by an unprofessional front desk attendant named Anahi. She was very rude and never apologized for her lack of professionalism.

Amazing hotel in a very nice area with a crazy view of the montains. My room was big and clean. Special mention Daniela for her welcome breakfast. Sure I will come back

My stay at Swissôtel Quito was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. There was no genuine attempt to resolve issues or make the stay pleasant—only an indifferent and unapologetic attitude. It was clear that the guest experience was not a priority. Despite its reputation, the hotel feels outdated and tired, with facilities and an overall atmosphere that no longer reflect a luxury standard. The experience simply does not justify the price or the expectations set by the brand. My company paid for a higher-category room, yet I was assigned a lower room without explanation or effort to honor the booking. In comparable hotels, upgrades or at least professional communication would be standard; here, I was met with resistance and rudeness instead. The breakfast buffet, once regarded as one of the best in the city, has clearly declined. What used to be a highlight is now entirely average and unremarkable. I had previously heard that the staff could be uptight and unaccommodating, and unfortunately, that reputation proved accurate. I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to other travelers. For a far better experience at roughly half the price, NH Hotel Quito across the street is a much better option. Bottom line: outdated, overpriced, and indifferent service—there are far better choices in Quito
