We recently visited the hotel for a lunch with my family, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and truly exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating a special day and had brought along an elderly family member, so it meant a lot to us. We were fortunate to meet Nalin Bell Chii in the lobby, who took a lovely family photo for us. This thoughtful gesture made our day even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for their outstanding service! We look forward to returning.

My business and my company colleague trip was unbelievable and wonderful just because of hospitality of this hotel and specially Mr Chef Naveen who has taken care especially guests and food quality was delicious The hotels looks grand and upscale from the outside which is really impressed

I can just say thanks to all staff of Swissotel Rachada in particolary the Reception staff Yok Baitong June Pond and concierge Plucky Eye and Janji. All of Thema was fantastic helphful Kind. This things made a Qualität 5 * Hotel Thanks a lot for amazing job. Room was made very well and clean.

ホテル自体外観は古いですが内装は綺麗。客室は綺麗ですが古さはある。なのでバスタブが貯まらなかったり、セキュリティボックスが電池切れだったりはした。ただどのスタッフもとても親切で優しくすぐこれらの問題は解決したのでサービスは一流であると感じた。 朝ごはんのビュッフェはもう少しメニューが中華料理以外あればいいな思ったがスムージーなどは美味しかった。 ホテルのスタッフが素晴らしく総じて満足
