Good location. Easy to get to. Some rooms have amazing views. Ask for. Water view. Staff is very nice. The prices are Chicago high.

Swissotel has a gem in their Team Member, Obeddie Hawkins.

Due to the eclipse, my travel & arrival was impacted…the staff at the Swissotel, Obeddie Hawkins in particular, was more than accommodating and so gracious. I appreciate his consistent hospitality and professionalism. Obeddie Hawkins is a gem!

The Swiss always provides a wonderful experience. The views of the city and the lake just cannot be beat, and the service is unfailingly attentive. Breakfast at the onsite Palm restaurant is a pleasure as well; we especially enjoy the service from Adrian. When we stay at a Chicago hotel, the Swiss is always our first choice.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the amenities and the location was perfect for dining and shopping within walking distance. The hotel had a great little bar and Michael Y (bartender) was fabulous! He remembered us during our business trip and anticipated our drinks each morning. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the amazing views from corner room — Chicago River, Navy Pier, and Lake Michigan. Even the bathroom has a million dollar view. The king bed was super comfy! The location was very convenient. The corner room is at the tip of the triangle shaped building.
