We spent 2 nights here as part of a Scenic river cruise tour. The hotel setting is wonderful. Breakfast was unforgettable, with every conceivable choice catered for. We also had an excellent dinner, the quality of which far surpassed our expectations as part of a group tour. One niggle however: our room, tucked away on the third floor, in a corner at the back, was pleasant enough but not particularly memorable. There was a 'balcony" which was extremely dilapidated, framed by glass in frames not painted for many decades. The whole area was shabby and dirty. This is not worthy of the splendour of the rest of the hotel where even the corridors were beautifully decorated and carpeted.

An excellent hotel with many rooms commanding magnificent lake views. The buffet breakfast is is one of the very best and is a reason in itself for choosing the Montreux Palace. My only criticism is that for a hotel with such a setting it has no bar (other then the pre-meal one attached to MP's restaurant) at a level where it is possible to relax with a glass of delicious local wine enjoying the view. Both bars (the Lobby bar and Funky Claude's (closed when we were there)) are at street level, without any lake view. This is a real shame for a hotel so beautifully located.

W sumie wszystko było na wysokim poziomie. Drobne błędy w pokoju (od strony remontu) ale nie wpływające na komfort pobytu. Dobre rozłożenie basenu względem dotarcia i chodzenia w szlafroku. Wszystko ba duży plus.

Wspaniały hotel kurortowy, z cudownym personelem - dla zespołu nie ma rzeczy niemożliwych, zarazem podczas rezerwacji, w recepcji, sali śniadaniowej, restauracji i SPA. Najlepsze doświadczenie hotelowe jakie miałem. Bardzo przyjazne miejsce dla dzieci. Obłędny widok z okna na jezioro i góry oraz ogromne, wspaniałe SPA. Bardzo dziękuję za podwyższenie kategorii pokoju do apartamentu i uroczy prezent dla syna. Nie mogę doczekać się ponownej wizyty!

Great Facility, Service and Location but AC Needs Attention

The facility, location, and service were excellent, but the AC never reached the set temperature, causing some sleep issues at night. Despite a language barrier, the staff was very friendly, and both the front desk and serving staff promptly responded to any requests.
