Sehr zentrale Lage, kein Kofferservice, keine Be- und Entlademöglichkeit für das Gepäck, da keine Zufahrtmöglichkeit zum Hotel besteht!!

Dear Mr. A., We are sorry to hear about your experience. Indeed a deposit of 50€ is pre-authorized at check-in for every guest. The release of the authorization can take up to several weeks. The pre-authorization is not a payment, simply a block of the money. We kindly recommend you to contact your bank to inquire about the status of the release. We are also sorry to read that you had difficulties accessing the hotel. The city center is indeed not ideal for cars. We have several agreements with nearby parking garages located less than 3-minute walk from the hotel. The link to book a spot is available upon request to the reception.
