Lage ist top . Bei Ankunft baten wir um ein ruhiges Zimmer . Wir bekamen ein Zimmer direkt am Eingang , der auch Auffahrt und Anreise von vielen Autos war . Des Weiteren war u Tee unserem Zimmer der Aussenstandpunkt für Raucher . Wir hätten die Fenster nicht öffnen können , weil der ganze Rauch ins Zimmer zog . Wir wechselten dann das Zimmer . Dieses war dann sehr schön . Der Frühstücksservice war etwas schleppend obwohl viel Personal und eine übersichtliche Zahl an Gästen . Am ersten Tag mussten wir 30 min auf unsere Bestellung warten ( Omelett und Toast ) . Am zweiten Tag wurden wir , nach dem Sitzen, mindestens 15 min ignoriert . Erst nachdem wir etwas gesagt haben wurde dann zügig ein Kaffee gebracht . Danach lief es dann besser .

I fully understand your disappointment regarding the initial room assignment, especially after requesting a quiet room, and I regret the disturbance caused by the nearby entrance and smoking area. While I am glad we could provide you with an alternative room afterwards, I understand that this impacted your first impression of your stay. I also sincerely regret the delays and lack of attentiveness you encountered during breakfast service. Waiting extended periods for both service and food is certainly not the experience I aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams.
