I fully understand your disappointment regarding the initial room assignment, especially after requesting a quiet room, and I regret the disturbance caused by the nearby entrance and smoking area. While I am glad we could provide you with an alternative room afterwards, I understand that this impacted your first impression of your stay. I also sincerely regret the delays and lack of attentiveness you encountered during breakfast service.
