Non è la prima volte che soggiorno al Vier Jahreszieten ed è sempre stato tutto perfetto. Questa volta c'è stato un intoppo, che però è riuscito a rendere il mio soggiorno quasi migliore dei precedenti, perché mi ha permesso di provare concretamente il vero significato del servizio di un hotel di questa categoria. Infatti, mentre aspettavo che cambiassero la serratura difettosa della mia porta alle 10 di sera, sono stata coccolata ed assistita da tutti quanti. Tutto il personale, indipendentemente dal ruolo e dalla posizione, mi ha fatto sentire non solo sicura ( importantissimo quando si viaggia da sola), ma anche veramente accudita e curata. Ciliegina sulla torta: un regalo al check-out e il saluto delle Guest Relation Manager. Un grazie davvero a tutti perché siete stati in grado di trasformare un problema, che mi aveva mandato un poco nel panico, in una piacevole serata e in una divertente avventura che potrò raccontare in futuro. Ad Amburgo per lavoro, ospitato un paio di giorni in un Hotel di classe, con vista sull'acqua, in struttura elegante che offre sevizi puntuali grazie a personale gentile e premuroso. Posizione raggiungibile con metropolitana e a pochi passi dal centro della Città.

Ti accorgi che è un’hotel che ha mantenuto la sua storia già dal momento in cui arrivi al check in : tutto intorno e’ storia e di senti come se facessi parte di quel mondo lontano aristocratico di un tempo che fu’ con principi ed imperatori Il servizio è attento in ogni particolare le camere anche le entry level sono ampie con guardaroba walk in il bagno in stile con vasca doccia e prodotti corpo di altissima qualità La colazione è un momento che appaga sia il senso del gusto che quello della vista
